Massage Therapy is a hands-on treatment focused on assessing and addressing muscle tension, soft tissue restriction, and movement-related discomfort. Sessions may support pain management, injury recovery, stress reduction, and overall physical wellbeing.

Treatments are individualized and may include a combination of therapeutic, relaxation, and remedial techniques based on assessment findings and client goals.

Billing & Payment:
Massage Therapy services are billed under Massage Therapy according to the appointment booked. Direct billing is available for clients whose extended health benefits include Massage Therapy coverage. Any portion not covered by insurance is the responsibility of the client at the time of service.
