Holistic Legacy Healing & Wellness

Holistic Legacy Healing & Wellness is a small, home-based clinic offering assessment-driven, individualized care in a calm and professional setting. Appointments are provided by advance booking only, with limited daily availability to support quality of care and sustainability.

The clinic is operated by Emilaine, a Registered Massage Therapist, Manual Osteopathic Therapist and Reiki Practitioner. Treatments are grounded in strong clinical reasoning, anatomy knowledge, and current educational standards, with an emphasis on thoughtful assessment and client-centred care.

Billing & Insurance

Massage Therapy (including Craniosacral Therapy) is billed under Massage Therapy. Direct billing is available for clients with Massage Therapy coverage. Any portion not covered by insurance is the responsibility of the client at the time of service.
Manual Osteopathic Therapy is billed under Manual Osteopathy according to the service booked. Clients are responsible for confirming coverage with their insurance provider prior to booking. Manual Osteopathic Therapy services must be paid in full at the time of service, with receipts provided for insurance submission if eligible.
Reiki and Distance Reiki services are not covered by extended health benefit plans. Full payment is required, and Distance Reiki sessions must be paid in advance.

Clinic Policies

Cancellation Policy
A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Late cancellations and no-shows will be charged the full treatment fee.

Arrival Policy
Please arrive on time for your appointment. Late arrivals may result in a shortened session to respect scheduled bookings. Treatment fees remain unchanged.

Scope of Practice & Conduct
All services are provided within professional scope and ethical standards. Inappropriate behaviour will result in immediate termination of treatment.

Insurance Responsibility
Clients are responsible for confirming their own insurance coverage prior to booking. Receipts are issued based on the service and modality provided.
