While massage has its physical, scientific benefits of relieving pain, reducing stress, and improving overall well-being, Reiki is a “universal life force” that gives the treatment a boost by enhancing the healing properties of the massage as well as balancing the chakra energy in your body. Reiki is a clean and smart energy that goes where it is needed, it helps to move any stagnant energy anywhere in your body and removes any energy that is no longer serving you.

PAYMENTS & DIRECT BILLING
• We accept Debit, Credit Card or eTransfer prior to your treatment.
• MASSAGE BOOKINGS: If you have insurance coverage for your massage treatment, please ensure that the information you have provided to the Clinic is completed in full for efficient payment processing. Please be prepared to pay for the balance owning if the full amount is not covered.
• MANUAL OSTEOPATHIC BOOKINGS: Direct Billing is NOT available for this service.
Please contact your Insurance Provider to check if you benefits cover Manual Osteopathic Therapy. Some providers, like SunLife, require you to let them know that you are wanting to seek a MOT treatment. You must request to have Emilaine Santos CMMOTA MOT #10012 endorsed as your MOT practioner.
An invoice will be provided upon payment for you to submit to your insurance provider for reimbursement.
• REIKI BOOKINGS: A NON-REFUNDABLE payment IN FULL is required at the time of booking. You will receive an invoice and email within 2 business days with eTransfer and payment instructions. In the case of a cancellation, we will work with you to reschedule your appointment at the earliest convenience for the next available appointment.

LATES, NO SHOW & CANCELLATION POLICY

LATE ARRIVALS
Depending on our schedule, late appointments may not receive the full session time allotted for the treatment service booked: Full payment is required.

CANCELLATION TERMS
Your business is valued, and your cooperation is appreciated. We are making a commitment to you to guarantee your appointment time and refusing all other requests once you have made the appointment.
When you book an appointment, that time is set aside for you, and missed appointments prevent us from accommodating other clients. Please understand that our health practitioners only get paid when they deliver a service.
• 24-hour notice is required for all cancellations.
• Payment in the full amount of the treatment booked will be required for late cancellations or “no-shows”.
• If an emergency arises, please let us know as soon as possible so that we can treat your specific situation with personal attention. We recognize that there are circumstances that are out of your control (sudden illness, family emergencies, etc.) and your health practitioner may make an exception to the above policies on those rare occasions.
• Missed appointment fees are not eligible for direct billing or insurance compensation.

ETHICS POLICY
Massage and Manual Osteopathic Therapy is strictly non-sexual. If the client expresses interest in a sexual massage, the therapist will terminate the massage immediately and payment for the appointed service will be rendered in full.
